Jesus Christ on a breadstick... Summer is over, and it's been a hell of one. In the middle of August, I actually got a job, and it looked like things were about to look up.
And then... a whole new can of worms opened up. The company I was employed with was not registered locally. So I was essentially working illegally. And they tried to play it down, like it was a minor oversight and they were getting it sorted.
But then they realized, oops, this is going to take longer than necessary. So what did they do? They tried to force all the employees onto a self-employed contract, but as an employee. As you can imagine, that went down well... Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, walked out, myself included. It's the first time I've ever seen a company implode so spectacularly.
So for this reason, I have not had a chance to play much. I wasn't much in the mood. Even Metal Gear Solid 3 Δ: Snake Eater, which I had been waiting for, couldn't lift up my spirits to get me on the PS5.
Towards the end of the month, however, my mood has been changing a little. I've had some progress with interviews, and things appear to be moving forward.

I finished this game back on Jan 11, 2023, even though I had started it a lot earlier than that, and left it unplayed for a long while.
It's a game that you should not judge by its name. From its name, you think it's something cute. And when you start, it leans into it a little. And then... it takes a very dark turn.
Suddenly, you're dealing with demons, and you're trying to excise them from the game. The game features a mix of platforming and puzzle-solving elements to navigate through. And even though it is displayed in a simple graphic style, the game still succeeds in delivering an eerie feel to the game.
Honestly, it's a game I would highly recommend, and with a sequel coming out now, I am looking forward to seeing how they expand on the idea.
Well, with October starting now, I am going to keep pushing forward. Things are still shaky, but I am trying not to let it get me down. Yes, unfortunately, my priorities are elsewhere, but I cannot afford to ignore my hobbies; otherwise, I will fall into despair, and that's not good.
